At Pure Fiji, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your original invoice.

• 3.
  Ship Item Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package to our returns processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
